Hi! As I understood, You are an Au Pair and you want to work with family from Madrid? I didn't use any agency when I was au pair, so I can't really recommend any agency. You can try do it by yourself. Find a contract in Internet and talk with family about duties and rules? I am wonder if you are already in Spain, if yes, you can meet that family. If no, you can always try to do it via Skype. That shouldn't be a problem at all! If you have any different question, don't be afraid t ask! Kind regards, Eff :)
